Question by something_something: How come men in the US Marine who are on rehab don’t have access to email?
My boyfriend says he is in smoking/drinking rehab at Camp Lejeune and he can’t write me an e-mail for 30 days. Is that true?
It’s my birthday today and I’m feeling rather sad (and suspicious) about him not being able to come online.

It is possible that they do not access to the internet. But he should still be able to talk to you on the phone and write you letters.

    Most non military rehab centers do not allow any outside contact at all. It seems highly likely that a military rehab center would not allow it either. It also seems likely that they may be even more strict than the non military facilities. I do not know for a fact that this is true, but I do know it is true of non military rehab centers, for the most part.
